Troubleshooting Guide: Resolving Common Issues
A. First load to game, then facing with this popup


-> Typically, this error is caused by one of two reasons
1. The game has not retrieved Metamask wallet information.
Please ensure that you have installed Metamask, logged into your wallet, authorized the game, and unlocked your wallet after each browser session.
2. You might have mistakenly installed the PopBRC extension along with something else, or there may be conflicts between various extensions.
It's best to remove unnecessary extensions to lighten your system load, reduce the risk of asset loss, and minimize conflicts between extensions. Uninstall the old and unrelated extensions, then reinstall both Metamask and PopBRC.
Note: If you previously participated in the Testnet trial, please remove the old extension and reinstall a new one that is compatible with the Mainnet environment.

B. Show this popup:

-> Forgot installed the PopBRC extension, please click to the button to install
C. Lost connection on battle -> Reload page -> The game didn't joinn battle
-> We fixing it issue and will release new update.
However, sometimes after reloading the game page, the preview battle may start without you.
If you don't click the "PLAY" button, you might be taken to the current waiting lobby and miss the ongoing battle again!
D. Battle History showing "Processing ..." on token earned history

The token earnings are verified on the server side, but sometimes there are display issues on the website. When this happens, simply reload the page. In the next version, the battle history page will include a "Refresh" button, eliminating the need to refresh the entire page.
E. Done 15 Daily task but didn't receive Power Bonus reward:
